FACILITATION

Facilitation involves the set up and the conduct of efficient workshops as a framework for strategic decision making. We have facilitated strategy establishment and execution processes in major international organisations since 1986.

Strategy implies that the decisions concern the most pertinent subjects, threats, and opportunities that can ensure or prevent successful conduct of business, programmes, and projects.

The method used is our dedicated brain storming supported by a preparation phase that ensures the availability of all required resources. The facilitation ensures mutual respect, maximum individual motivation, strong synergy, and a close out phase that enforce all participants to take full ownership of the result.

Once the key resources come together the method accentuates visible visions and ensures synergy. It is ensured that available explicit and tacit knowledge is revealed and used to its full extent while setting targets and priorities.
